This beat-tape is the result of learning how to operate the Boss SP-505 Sampler. My friend Kevin from Missoula, Montana sold me the machine for $69 ☯︎☯︎☯︎. He was able to teach me how to use the 505 while we both were visiting friends in Boston, MA last summer.

Most of the samples on this release are left-overs from Kevin messing with the device when he was the owner. The tattoos on the cover also belong to Kevin. Yes, that is a portrait of Nick Cage from Con Air within the middle bottom box (lol). Other instruments on the EP include a micro-cassette recorder, and a Pocket Operator Rhythm.
